This morning was spicy 🌶️ Emma runs a great class. She’s very attentive. The class flows smoothly & she is very encouraging. I believe all levels would enjoy this class

Emma was brilliant, the class was the perfect level of intensity and fun, she is a very helpful instructor and I will definitely be returning !

Emma lead a great class, I have already booked for next week. I’m new to the world of Pilates & felt that Emma made the class enjoyable. I know I will ‘feel it’ tomorrow - which is what I’m looking for
